Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Francess's journey is a testament to resilience and determination. Raised by Haitian-born parents, Francess found herself constantly inspired by their cultural heritage and familial values. Her upbringing became a guiding force in her life.
Attending Midwood High School, she excelled both academically and athletically, showcasing her talent on the basketball court. This commitment to excellence led her to Baruch College, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communications, while continuing to thrive as a student-athlete earning four championships, two MVP honors and several other accolades during her collegiate career.
Post-graduation, Francess embarked on a remarkable career trajectory, joining the renowned lifestyle brand Kith despite limited professional experience. Fueled by her eagerness to learn, she navigated through various roles within the company, accumulating invaluable insights into the industry.
Throughout her tenure at Kith, Francess's passion for community service continued to brew within her. In 2021, she began contributing to the brand in a new way by helping form its non profit organization, the Kinnect Foundation; aimed at empowering and supporting underprivileged communities.
With an unwavering commitment to making a positive impact wherever she goes, Francess's journey embodies the fusion of personal ambition, cultural heritage, and a profound sense of community responsibility.
